SPINACH AND ARTICHOKES IN PHYLLO SHELLS

4 Cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Chopped Artichoke Quarters in water
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 Cup Mayo
1 Clove Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Box Phyllo Shells
Chop the Spinach leaves.
Drain the artichoke quarters and chop.
Blend all and fill Phyllo Shells with this mixture. Bake at 325 Degrees for about 14 minutes.
